Terms & Conditions

  1. All orders shipped with EMS International include tracking number/delivery confirmation at http://ems.posindonesia.co.id or http://www.posindonesia.co.id
  2. The shipping duration takes within 6-14 business days, depending on where you live.
  3. We do not cover the taxes in your country, it will be your full responsibility due to the different country regulation.
  4. Orders will usually ship within 2-5 business days. orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not processed until the following business day.
  5. First automatic e-mail will be send when your funds are captured, and second when your order is shipped (include with your tracking number).
  6. A product which is damaged during shipping will be not in our responsibility, you must file a claim with the carrier.
  7. Goods that have been shipped (we already emailed a tracking number) can't be canceled nor refunded.
  1. The exchange is requested within 21 days of the original shipping date, after that we will issue you a store credit.
  2. The exchanged product must be received in their original/unworn condition. please try shoes on a carpet or similar surface to avoid scratches. 
  3. Customers are responsible for all costs relating to the exchange shipping, include inbound shipping of the old product and the new one. 
  4. If you need to exchange size, please send us email at info@ortodoux.com.
  5. We will give you the new shipping cost that has to be paid via PayPal to ortodoux@gmail.com, depending on the recipient address.
  6. The new product (if there is on stock) will be shipped right away after you send us tracking code of the old product and paid the new shipping cost. 
  1. The full refund is requested within 21 days of the original shipping date, after that we will issue you a store credit.
  2. We only offer full refund if we ship an incorrect product, the product is not suitable with our product detail, a product was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective. 
  3. If you need to have full refund, send us email at info@ortodoux.com with the reason. 
  4. There are no refunds on products damaged in shipping. in that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. 
  1. Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.
  2. The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.
  3. Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre-Order before they physically arrive in stock.
  4. Pre-Orders is usually 3-4 weeks wait (production time).
  5. Please note that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed.
  6. Please place your preorder item separate to avoid any delays on non pre-order items
  7. You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-Order
  8. Please kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.
